All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 days for processing and shipping. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the buyer / seller at the time of purchase. If we overcharge you for shipping by $1.00 or more we will refund your account. Due to restrictions on shipping honey (considered an agricultural product) to other countries, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we'll file an insurance claim through USPS, and replace the broken/damaged item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any complaints, and present proof of damage. This is necessary to submit an insurance claim.
