We’ve infused pure summer honey with raw organic cacao powder and pulverized organic cacao nibs to bring you a rich chocolatey creamed honey. Cocoa beans are dried after harvesting, then fermented and cracked to produce small, dark bits called cacao nibs. We pulverize these nibs and blend them with creamed honey to produce a thick honey spread that is delicious on toast, or eaten by the spoonful as a decadent snack. Cacao nibs are also loaded with antioxidants- making this creamed honey a nice alternative to a sugar filled candy bar.
