Recently food blogger Nicole Pallante came to our farm to take a tour and learn about our operation. Her project is: One destination, one ingredient, one recipe. She wants to reconnect people with their food, by replacing one everyday ingredient with something local sustainably and/or organically grown, and seasonal.
