Isaac is the beekeeper at Honeyrun Farm, and eats more honey than one could possibly imagine. Isaac is fascinated by bees, and would love nothing more than to spend all day working with his hives. He has served as the president of the Scioto Valley Beekeepers Association for 4 years, and is always happy to talk to those who are interested in bees or may want to start their own hives. You can meet Isaac throughout the summer at the North Market each Saturday.

Jayne grew up on a small dairy farm in Holmes County, Ohio, and although she always planned to live on a farm, never imagined she would be able to do it for a living. She is always looking for new ways to create natural products from the farm; creating recipes for Honeyrun’s handcrafted soap, experimenting with flavors of herbal infused honey, and making beeswax candles. Jayne's favorite crops to grow are flowers, herbs, potatoes, pumpkins, and garlic. Currently, Jayne keeps pretty busy as a stay-at-home mom, but somehow always finds time to make soap, write the farm blog, and sell products online and at markets and festivals.
Becky Swingle:
Becky is in the process of transitioning the Honeyrun produce farm to it's new location near Philo, Ohio, now renamed Dangling Carrot Farm. She is growing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, specializing in rare greens, root crops, heirloom tomatoes, garlic and onions. Growing up on a farm, Becky always loved playing in the dirt, so farming is a natural fit for her. She is continually challenged and inspired by the intricacies of growing produce for a living. Becky enjoys sharing her farming experiences with others and giving tours of her fields, so feel free to stop by any of our summer market locations and introduce yourself.
